The Accommodation
For dogs:
Multiple dogs welcomed free of charge (subject to size and space)
Dedicated Dog Room in the cottage for all things ‘dog’ - tiled floor with underfloor heating and plenty of room to put muddy boots and hang and dry wet clothes, dog towels, dog coats etc.
Spare dog beds, crates, bowls, leads etc available on request at no extra charge
Large fridge freezer in the kitchen if you need to store frozen dog food but we have more freezer space available if required
Outdoor hot and cold dog shower
Level access, single storey accommodation with tiled floors and underfloor heating throughout, but non-slip rugs and runners are provided so suitable for older dogs or those with mobility issues
Secure 6’ fenced garden
Sole use of our appx 2 acre secure fenced (min 6’) dog paddock for those Houdini Hounds
Dog sitting service available subject to availability
Unrestricted access to 15 acres of private land which includes paddocks, woodland, a small lake, waterfall and a Dingle, all of which is stock fenced and gated making it ideal for nervous, fearful or reactive dogs who can wander without the fear of coming across other dogs or people.
Quiet and peaceful, livestock-free walks direct from your door into Hafren Forest where the chances of meeting other dogs/walkers is slim.
As a Dog Trainer and Behaviour Consultant who works almost exclusively with fearful and anxious dogs, living on site Mandy will be available for training sessions or behaviour consultations should you want them.
